Jahan Afrooz Company is responsible for responding all probable problems facing its products provided that problems should be approved by experts and experienced engineers of this manufacturing group.
The related guarantee letter is valid for a period of one year only for the first purchaser and inside borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran and as of installation date for all products including gas space heater, gas fireplace, evaporative air cooler (water cooler), air-conditioner, water heater and gas cooker. Commitment of the company on electrical appliances (like pump and motor of cooler) is subject to commitments of its manufacturers.

Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

  • Guarantee is meant repairing any defected part of the device by the authorized repairman (serviceman). It is not meant overall change of the device.
  • This guarantee letter covers only the defects related to the producer of the device. The present guarantee letter does not include damages as a result of incorrect or inappropriate installation, procrastination and/or damages resulted in application of the device for nonstandard purposes.
  • This guarantee letter does not include for the damages, resulted in personal injuries and financial compensations.
  • If the device is installed or repaired by any servicemen other than authorized servicemen of Jahan Afrooz Company, the guarantee letter will be considered as null and void. In such cases, the guarantee letter will be regarded as invalid.
  • Keep guarantee letter carefully, sound and safe. Any other document, except guarantee letter, will not be accepted in this regard.
  • Guarantee letter is valid when a copy of which is sent to the company.

Prosecuting Customers' Complaints and Proposals

Looking into and following up customers' complaints and proposals is regarded as one of the most significant services of Jahan Afrooz Company. For this reason, Commercial Department of the company has been tasked with following up probable complaints and proposals of customers. If customer, after purchasing products of company like gas space heater, gas fireplace, water cooler, air-conditioner, water heater and gas cooker, observes any defect in quality and/or any other case, he can report the case to the Customers' Services Department, aimed at solving the said problem in the shortest time possible. Therefore, it is enough to fill out the form and send it to the pertinent department.
