For this reason, Commercial Department of the company has been tasked with following up probable complaints and proposals of customers. If customer, after purchasing products of company like gas space heater, gas fireplace, water cooler, air-conditioner, water heater and gas cooker, observes any defect in quality and/or any other case, he can report the case to the Customers' Services Department, aimed at solving the said problem in the shortest time possible. Therefore, it is enough to fill out the form and send it to the pertinent department. |
